Diario de Palesept, 05 jul. 09

Doing okay... lost about 9 lbs. since I started Fat Secret. A total of 33.5 lbs. since I started this whole weight loss journey. I lost the 33.5 lbs. over about 4 mos. so I figure it's going to take me another 4 months to lose the next 37.5 lbs. to get to my goal weight. I'm doing pretty well though. I did have a little "blip" though with my weight. Forgot to get on here and record it... silly me! But I went up two pounds over 3 days. Then I went back to my regular eating and went back down 3 pounds in two days. So I got down even lower than when I started! Go figure!

Oh yeah, gotta calm down with the cardio a little bit... I'm doing 2 hrs + a lot of days during the week, and I think I injured my foot/ankle. Maybe a stress fracture? It really hurts! Even when I'm laying down or sitting. There's even some bruising. I don't remember hitting it on anything. Anyway, I spoke to my dietitian,and she did say that my exercise was getting a little bit obsessive, so... I don't know. I do it every day. Even strength training. I don't always mark it down on here. I noticed that a lot of people put down every little thing they do on here, and I don't keep track of that. I don't count that as exercise. It's weird.
