Almost three hours of deep cleaning and I am still not done. Going to take a break and do my two yoga workouts and the 6 week six pack abs Julian Michaels. Not really a break I guess but it has to be done. Gained another pound so it is back to recording my food again. Got to get out of the 130's!

Just finished my last workout for the day and I am completly worn out! These next six weeks are going to be tough but I am going to do my best to push through.
