I don't know how much 5 gallons of water weighs but I consider getting out of bed to be heavy lifting. We don't have werewolves in my area. If they did the natives around here would eat them. The DIL of a woman I worked with told me to be careful eating anything at her MIL's house because she ate weird stuff. Horrified I asked, "like possums, raccoons, etc.?" She said "yes, yes, yes, and more". Apparently the neighbors had complained to the police about their missing cats. I was fairly afraid of Margaret after that. She would want me to taste her "deer" sausage and it would cause my knees to buckle. Don't be outside after dark moon gazing if Margaret is around. Just saying.

Not so sure about the skin cells.. If they are dying, how come my skin doesn't get tighter?

Reminds me of the time I was changing the water bottle at the office, dropped and busted it, then had to clean the carpet to get it up.

🤣🤣🤣I'm losing my hair like crazy lately... thyroid issues. It's been fixed but I imagine I'll have to deal with hair loss a bit longer as I'm sure it's residual. Good news though. Went to get hair done and hairdresser said she sees lots of new growth!👍

Mermee, I am shocked that of ALL people I know you’re the one that finds it tough. 😁 Although it is a bit awkward if you’re not use to it. Please be careful if you ever do it again. Why aren’t men just running to help you out? 🙃
I absolutely would count it as a workout if I had to do it 5 times in a row. Once is enough though as it can be tricky not to break my wrist.
As in lifting, I am sure my technique is all wrong. Blessings to you cutie!🌸💕

Morticia, with your name I expect your neighbors to be eating strange things.🤣 My neighbor is Korean and I love her to death!!! I’m very lucky to have her as a neighbor. But she too eats very weird things and I never ask her about it and she never invites me, which I’m so happy!!!
The sad part is she has had many dogs and they’re never with her very long, I don’t ask her about it, but I just don’t get it. She has chickens and I know she eats those. I just don’t get it when chickens you can buy prepared and nice ones for just $5 -$7, at the most in the grocery store - how much do you think it cost to raise the chickens! Plus, I fall in love with them too, I love listening to them in the morning.
I loved your post it made me laugh so hard!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Margaret and my neighbor would have arguments on how to cook things, and I mean things.👍😁😆

Superman, have a Fantastic Friday and keep lifting those weights, because treadmills get you nowhere.😁

SLYONE, I have seen many people that have lost a lot of weight and their skin gets tight with exercise?
How is that possible do you think they’re photoshopped? I should test it out by losing weight!🙃😁🤣

Brenda, you shouldn’t have to change the bottled water, isn’t there a man in the office? They just naturally have better muscles. I have dropped our water bottle, yet in all these years maybe only two or three times. Thank goodness they are plastic now.🤣 Impossible get all that off of carpet.🥴🌸

NAVYWIFESKI, I need to change it today, I lift it onto a table, then dump it into the cooler, not too hard to do. Sometimes I can feel I don’t have confidence and will skip it.
Usually, I am Popeye strong to the finish cause I eat my spinach.😁🌺👍

Diana, oh my friend,💕 I am there with you. My hair didn’t fall out, but I lost my ability to walk for a month. Went to the hospital and they told me they were keeping me till they figured out why I couldn’t walk. I had four doctors looking at me puzzled, three doctors came to the conclusion it was my thyroid, the fourth doctor, the thyroid specialist, said that would not cause me to lose my ability to walk. Thank gosh the other three overrode him and starting treating the thyroid and got me on my feet again. I still don’t walk correctly, very nerdy.😁 I am a nerd anyway so it fits. Be grateful for each step you take.💜👍🌸

Wow Shrew, that is intense! I can't even imagine how scary that was! Do you have Hashimotos Disease? I was also not diagnosed properly when I got really sick! I was lethargic, to the point of not being able to function and gaining weight. I had trouble communicating and wasn't able to focus. Everything on my body hurt and it took tremendous effort just to get out of bed. They tested my thyroid but it was in the days when they weren't testing TSH and I kept coming back borderline. Believe it or not it was my ob/gyn that figured it out and sent me to a top notch endocrinologist. It was then that I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and began treatment. He said I had one of the most severe cases he had ever seen. It was awful but with meds over the years it has improved a lot. This is first time in years that I was low again so he adjusted meds but hair loss is still lingering...
