Diario de Somebody Else, 13 feb. 15

99kcal over my 2000kcal limit. Must admit, this limit thing isn't going exactly well, but it's still under so there's no spilled milk over which to cry. I'm at +64kcal for today, but there's still time to workout, once this food has been processed a bit. I might hop on the bike for 20 minutes, to get some interval cardio. Hopefully today won't set me back; shouldn't do.

Biked the same as yesterday: 5/8 setting, 5 minute intervals, x4 for 20 minutes. I feel I coulda gone further, but I'm fine with 20 for now.

Really struggling with my health. For a couple of weeks, maybe more, I've had issues with my head which I assumed was just the Folliculitus, but I'm starting to really worry it's something else. Since starting all this more extreme dieting, particularly fasting, I've felt worse. It's now come to unusual moments of dizziness, at least I think that's what it is... it's kinda brief, but unpleasant... bit like how you feel when you've drank too much booze. Maybe I'm just not drinking enough water. Right now, and for most of the night, I've felt... wrong. Just not right. Weird. A bit like a hangover... actually, that's dehydration, right? Maybe it is that. Anywho, in a desperately attempt to feel better, I ate more crap, which was very costly.
