Things I've done well --drank lots of water --only binged (1500+ calories in one sitting when not hungry) after supper 2/8 days (on a 3 or 4 day streak at the moment) --slept 8 hours a night --logged almost every day
Goals for this week --5,000 steps a day --15 very active minutes a day --log 100%
Going to set my official report/weigh in day as Fridays from now on. Hopefully, tracking these things I'm doing well will keep my head in the good zone. I can look back at these logs if I'm stuck in a rut and go...yeah this stuff was working for me and I've stopped doing "blah". And tracking goals for the next week will give me something to work on.
