I need to get my stuff together. Seriously. I look pretty fit and I exercise regularly...and I know, I know the scale is just a number...it doesn't mean anything. But, seeing 159 on the scale today was SO depressing! Why???? I need to be more strict with my diet and exercise. I MUST GET BELOW 150!!! I need to dicipline myself again. Starting now. I joined the 10 in July Challenge and I will do it.
