Today i played wall ball outside with my lacrosse stick. I lifted 3.3lbs weights for my arms. I did 20 curl-ups and planks for my abs. I walked my dog up and down the driveway to get the mail. And i ate fruits and a lot of protein. Thats about all for today. :)
