So I didn't record any food for breakfast and lunch. That is because I slept thru breakfast and I wasn't hungry for lunch. One of my habits has been eating when I'm not hungry and that is one of the contributing factors of having a big bootay! I have had success in the past with low carb diet and now I am ready to make it a life style. Now I also need to start exercising. I was fit and athletic in my 20's & 30's until I hurt my back and now I feel its time to get back on track.
