Diario de klaymates, 11 feb. 15

Doing a lot better with after dinner snacking the past few days. Drinking lots of water and even though I didn't log yesterday, I was very aware of what I was putting in my mouth. Feeling a bit hopeful. Even if I am just shedding water weight right now, I think seeing the scale move in the right direction is good for morale.

Also saw doc yesterday. Have sinus infection and double middle ear infection. Taking a steroid nasal spray, antibiotic, ibuprofen for inflammation, and tramadol for pain. Medicine cocktail has me shaking and sweating, but at least I feel more functional than I did without them. Looking forward to getting back to my goal of 15 minutes of exercise a day.
