I've been thinking about the act of increasing exercise to lose weight. If it is not something I can stick with as a lifestyle change why bother. I need to relearn to eat appropriately for the lifestyle I'm going to live every day.
Did do my 30 minute walk today -- got some SSRs by sketcher. WOW I really feel it in my left side.
