sleep has been scarce lately... 2 hrs of sleep 2 days ago. 5 hours last night... im exhausted, stressed, and playing Skyrim cuz idk what else to do. I donated plasma today, so i cant work out. Need to do vagus nerve stuff to combat my emotional flashback...

Therapist here: might want to try EMDR and therapy to confront those emotional triggers head on. Fear scatters when confronted, like the dark flees when a light is turned on.

I really wanna do EMDR. I usually have therapy over zoom though since my therapist is 40 mins away and gas is ever so slowly coming down in price.... My kids are with me during day so id rather be at home so they can be in another room rather then in same office.
