Diario de dragonwisdom, 06 feb. 15

Weighted in a few days ago at 174.6 lbs. I am down almost 30 lbs now. It took a lot of work and many up and down periods, but I think I am finally getting it and am finally on track with a positive lifestyle and very few binges nowadays. I decided to reset my goal weight today to 167 lbs. I think this will be my ultimate ideal weight. As I am nearing my ideal weight I know that it will take more effort and discipline to get to this weight. It will also be a little more challenging as I am off to New Zealand near the end of this month for 6 weeks. I need to stay on track as I know I will go out eating more often. Luckily my girlfriend is very healthy and fit and will keep me in line (I hope). LOL!
