Pretty good day today! Got my first P90X workout in - Core Synergy - and had to modify a lot of it, but I did pretty well! I got through the whole hour! The hard part now will be getting myself out of bed when I am sore, and sleepy...the hardest part of the day. I just need to keep thinking about how good I feel after I've finished the workout. I want to have muscles again!!!
