Darn it. I ate a cookie. It is not my cheat day! I thought I had outsmarted the snacks by bringing my lunch to this deposition reporting office. I apparently did not pack enough chicken and/or beans in my lunch considering that I got up/had breakfast earlier than normal in order to make it to work by 7:00 a.m.
