WOOHOO LOSING WEIGHT 😝 Ever since i stopped dieting, when beginning the Glow Approach workbook with my therapist, my weight stayed in the 180s. my highest weight at 5'3 was 217lbs.
From 2009 to 2017, i was a Boxer, i walked around around 130, and dropped down to 120/125 to fight. However, i didn't realize at this time, my entire existence was spent in trauma (adult child of alcoholics, neglect, abandoned by my mom, toxic family members who hated my father for being Greek Orthodox and not Catholic Italian, domestic violence, sexual abuse, self loathing and CONSTANTLY overwhelmed by having to care take the house, while being a teenager and the only one employed at home)
healing is more then just weight loss.
