I'm nervous that I'm starting today. I'm 20 years old, 5'1" and 138lbs. Normal weight for my height is between 106 and 118 which is daunting. This week my boyfriend left me and it has given me the strength that I need to throw myself into this 100%. I hope I'm strong enough to reach the goals that I've set for myself.

Hi I'm sure you will do just fine. Set yourself small goals and concentrate on those rather than the final one. Please don't feel as though you have failed, everyone's body is different so what works for one person may not work for another. Try to stay positive as you will not achieve your goals if you don't think positive thoughts. Good luck
