Only coffee for breakfast as I wanted to reduce my calories today. No lunch. Had a big dinner with lots of cheating. I decided to have a cheat day with sweets as I have been doing extremely well and once and a while it's OK to binge. I had very rich fudge, yokan (Japanese dessert made from beans), dark chocolate and a small cookie. I still managed to keep my calories to 1696(net calories -775) , but I would say about half of them or more came from the sweets. I also had a very late night snack of natural museli cereal with no sugar or milk. I feel slightly bloated, but aside from that not so bad. However, it reminds me how I used to binge and these binges went on for many days if not weeks and the caloric intake of sugar was far higher than my little binge this evening. If I look at the big picture things are going well.
