Hoffner, I weigh every day too. It works for me. I don't panic or get discouraged with a slight gain, or even a stall, I just use the information to work harder at eating right, tracking foor, and getting exercise if the scale isn't going down. I also prefer to lose slowly. I started with 110 pounds to lose. By losing slowly my skin is boucing back pretty well. 80 down, 30 to go!
