Oh My Gosh! Inhale deeply and regain control...I am in control of my weight! Nothing taste as good as thin feels...a second on the lips forever on the hips and so on and so on. Had a wild ride with food this week and I lost this one battle but not my direction..Today is new with a fresh start and a positive attitude. Today will be great is all ways!
