not a bad day, made a home made lean beef and veg soup for my dinner, only 1.35 calories per gram, and very low in fat.. smells great cant wait to try it ..

got a few things done, mood is very good, about to start on a sewing project for a mate's dog training biz, hope to use some of my freshly acquired sewing skills to make doggie coats for her and my boys... even this little bit of structure is a great move forward.. that someone i respect, trusts me like this, is a great ego boost.

PLUS i finally started to lose weight again!

Got some new gym clothes so i wont look a hobo when i finally do start. After the surgeon gives me the all clear tomorrow and helps me outline a rehab program, i will start in in earnest. I have a concert to go to in March, so i have 6 weeks to slim down a bit in preparation for my first trip into London since the hell times began. Its a big milestone for me that i don't want to fail to meet.

Keeping the flat clean, the dishes done, the garbage out, it may not seem like much to you guys, but for someone that was so broken down they were hiding under a blanket in their own living room out of fear, this is a hella long way come back.. xxx

I'm new at being active on this site and was moved by your post and can so relate to what you must be going through. You say you have 6 weeks to slim down so I thought you may want to do workouts that are not so painful and yet have helped me to get stronger after knew replacement surgery. It's water aerobics and I just posted a 6 week challenge on doing this. I hope you can join me and stay out from under a blanket :-) Best of luck on getting back in the grove.
