Diario de bbally, 20 ene. 15

Very good so far. I am seeing 170 on the scale from time to time, I don't count it until I see it after my coffee and it still comes in at 170.

This was a good thing because I am once again doing my "it is about exercise and eating" method. Since I knew the NFL playoffs were Sunday, I hit the gym for two extra 800 calorie workouts. This allowed me to do the normal appetizers and party deal without bouncing me off track.

Sometimes I find it easier to go to the gym and burn what I know I am going to eat because it is a special event. Will do the same for superbowl.
