HI LAST JOURNAL ENTRY REFUSE TO SUBMIT
THINGS GOING WELL, I've decided to have 6 snacks a day, 2 slimfast made with iced water, have bowl of homemade soup,porridge,own made fruit or veg juice, and evening meal under 500 calories.
I have being doing everything I said I would, drank over 1 + litre of water, walking up and down the stairs several times together, I can now feel it in my legs, also doing few squats,
Weighed myself last night, was down weight and again this morning down bit more but not taking notice of morning weight, just an incentive for me
