EEk. Made a huge mistake! Bought a Sabra to go at publix while grocery shopping bc I made the mistake of going to the store starving. By the time I got home it was nearly 9 pm. Well I looked at the info saying 100 cal per oz and didn't realize there were 3 servings in this tiny pkg! There is 1/2c.of hummus and maybe half an ounce of pretzel crisps. I knew there was plenty of hummus left over so I had only eaten about 1100 cal. (I thought) so I made a spinach wrap with lettuce and the left over hummus. That brought my total to over 1500 cal. I am not going to freak out. I did 20 on the bike and 1 hour shopping but did not get my daily walk in. The bad thing is the outrageously high fat count. I will check more closely and not let myself get starving. In the good news category, my MP3 player is working!
