Diario de Dufresne, 18 jun. 09

ok, I have been avoiding fatsecret. Why? well last Friday when I weighed in I was 145 like I have been for last 3 weeks. Through out being sick I was 145 and I didn't work out, I didn't gain nor did I lose. Now that I am feeling better and a little more active I have gained. Last Friday I weighed in at 145 well a few days later I was 148 WHAT??? The only new food I have been eating is Fruit and drinking green tea with 1/2 the sugar I used to have.

So now I am on Thursday, this morning I was down to 146 and tomorrow is weigh in. I was going to go to the gym tonight but I do have way too much to do, however; today I have done a lot of walking so I don't feel bad about skipping. So, I guess I will have to see what tomorrow will bring. I won't hold my breath though.

Have you been drinking enough water? And keeping salt low. That sounds like water retention to me. Sore muscles also retain water to repair the tissue. ;)
