So I didn't eat dinner tonight, so my carbs are low and my calories too. I am constipated (common in the first weeks of Atkins) so I had two cups of Metamucil and I am feeling awful. My stomach is soooo full I am hurting.
I am hoping things will get "moving" tomorrow so I can eat and feel better.
I am also hoping my back is better so I can exercise, I am really missing my treadmill.
