Yesterday I drank 3 Diet Dr. Peppers. I usually drink 4 or 5 or even more. I took a lot of vitamins yesterday because I am quitting taking pain meds the dr. has prescribed me for nearly 2 years. Gaining weight is one of the side effects of the medicine. I will start having more pain the less meds I'm prescribed becaused I am used to taking them everyday. I am scared of the pain I will be in again but I think with exercise and healthy eating it will be not so bad. These vitamins are supposed to help you with pain. Anyway I felt terrible yesterday. I think the vitamins made me nauseous.I am taking less today.

Would you mind if I ask what the pain meds are for? And if you have ever looked up holistic pain management/medicine? I find that alot of people(myself included) tend to forget to cure the source of the pain when we can't feel it as much. Maybe there are alternatives to help lessen the pain without weight gain as a side effect? Hope you find something that works well for you! *Hugs*
