I made the decision to loose weight and I can't. No matter how hard I try I still weigh 225-230lbs. I work out every other day for 45 min, I think I eat right according to my plan and I can't loose weight. WHAT THE F***!!!!! I'm so angry, I'm not asking for a lot just 20 punk a** pounds. I hate my body, I hate my scale. I think I quit

You might be in starvation mode hun and need to increase your calories to start losing again. Eat about 2000 calories aday for the next 3 days or upto the level in your exercise diary. This will raise your metabolism. Then diet on around 1800 calories & drink or eat some protein after you exercise.

Well, according to your chart, you have a lot of weeks of eating poorly. Most studies say that losing weight is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Both are important, but diet is especially important when losing weight. You need to ask yourself if you have been 100% honest about what you are eating. Are you tracking everything (people tend to unerestimate what they eat by 30 to 40%). Tell yourself you are going to do one week of eating 100% on plan and exercising and see what happens. You also have to look at your plan. Are you getting enough food? Are you getting to much? Drinking water? Getting enough fruits, veggies, dairy and lean protein? It takes a lot of patience and persisitence to lose weight. consistency is also important. If you have one great week and then a poor week, you will keep undoing what you did the week before. So dig your heals in, get excited, and see what happens.
