Anne. You're a wee comic. I'm an All Bran girl myself. After having the scare about my gallbladder a couple of months ago I've been focussing on eating more fibre and I'm happy to say that the stomach pains have gone and I have lost 12lbs in 6 weeks too! Jonty, I'm hoping to be having that blue line too one of these days and well done again on your success.

Thanks Anne_145 & Gilly B. Anne you've spotted how I've managed my weight loss then maintenance. I also use another site (checkyournutrition) to make sure I get all the vitamins and minerals a body needs. Gilly well done😀👍
