Proud of myself for staying on track this week but nervous about the upcoming weekend. Its harder to track my foods and easier to eat whatever I want since I wont be at work. Ive gotta believe I can do this!

Of course you can do it!!!Plan out your meals. If you go out to eat, look up the info before you go. You can also order something and ask for a box and put half in straight away.Get in some extra on the weekends too. It helps negate if you eat a little more.
