Felt good to eat, be full, and know that I was eating nothing but healthy foods. I told myself that I would only weigh weekly but I just couldn't help myself this morning. It's only 2 lbs but I hope to see those pounds add up!

I look evey day atm it's a big motivator. I'll prolly make it once a week once it slows down, but for now i really rnjoy seeing it drop.

Definitely agree with you! I love my food and knowing that not eating any and everything I want is paying off, (definitely a motivator)!
