Diario de dragonwisdom, 07 ene. 15

Since my move a few days ago my eating has not been that balanced and I have been eating a few more sweets/junk food, but still keeping within the calories range. I can notice a big difference when I am not eating as many veggies and whole foods as my bodies needs. Feel more blah and lethargic. Today I will go for an easy hike in the nearby forest/mountain to the local hot spring and enjoy tofu and soba in their restaurant and relax in the natural mineral water and naturally scented lavender steam room. I will also get on the scale at the hot spring for the first time since Saturday. I hope the numbers are good!!!
