Happy New Year!

While I haven't posted a new weight since Dec. 16th, I am still staying on program. I had a total right knee replacement on Dec. 19th and haven't been to weigh-in since the 16th. I hope to be able to go on Jan. 13th, but it will completely depend on how well I can bend my knee.

I am still following the successes and posts of everyone and wish you all continued progress.
