On The Diet Side I am starting off better this morning than I have the last two. I am eating breakfast. The kids decided they wanted oatmeal this morning, and we are going swimming so I decided it would be good. It will stick with us longer while we are at the pool. I don't have any ideas for lunch since it is almost 11 and we are just now eating breakfast. I might have a flat bread melt 5 points. I didn't get all my points in yesterday I was down almost 10. I will make sure I get it all in today and then I may drop down again for a day or so. I just have to make sure I don't drop for more than 2 days.
Burn Baby Burn I am taking the kids swimming today and hopefully I can get a good workout at the pool. My toe is feeling a little better this morning, but it is swollen all the way down to my foot and I am black and blue all over and under. I know I was on my feet way too much yesterday, I couldn't hardly get my flip flops on my foot was so swollen. I am going to do my best to not be on my feet so much today, but I am going to the church for a little while and start picking up.
This Ride We Call Life John has fed the horses now 2 days in a row. I went and fed Monday morning, but he fed Monday evening. He has fed both morning and evening Tuesday and will today. It feels like a huge burden has been lifted just from that. I am still getting phone calls all day asking me to get things done, but I haven't been home during the day to get those. I feel a lot better though, my kids are on a schedule and Chelsea has been sleeping in her bed all night since she has been home, and Michael is not having as many fits. I know it is bad but I haven't picked up after John at all since we have been home, I am waiting and let it pile up and then I will sit it in his chair and show him what he hasn't done. My house has been a lot cleaner too, the kids are picking up after themselves and not complaining about it, and we have been out playing so it is not that messy to begin with. I have also been able to do my Bible Study before bedtime and not have a conflict on time to be able to. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday, it looks like I may be able to as well.
