Tomorrow is weigh in day at my Weight Watcher meeting. Haven't had a slice of bread in a week and have been really diligent about eating right. Hope to see positive results at the scale.

Glad to hear how positive you are. I have eaten very little amounts of bread. When I do I make sure its wheat.Talk to you later.

I've been down that road. Only whole grains like brown rice, wheat berries, whole wheat bread. For whatever reason, when I limit intake of thses foods the weight comes off. I must admit that it is hard to limit portions of these type foods. I am going to stick with lean proteins, veg and fruit for as long as I could stand it.
