I have leveled out on weight loss- I am eating right, and exercising a lot- I have noticed that my shape is starting to change even without the weight loss. I am not as worried about how much I weigh as what I look like at the weight I am at. I think my body wants to weigh something close to what I weigh now- we'll see. I will continue eating healthy and exercising and see where it takes me.
