Feeling a bit bummed out today. Two weeks ago I was sick for a solid week with a bad case of bronchitis. I made myself still lift weights throughout it but had to cut out cardio. Just wasn’t feeling well enough, especially with the breathing issues. Then this past week my daughter was on spring break. It was so wonderful getting to spend more time with her but it definitely disrupted my diet and exercise routine (she’s only 3 so she still requires constant supervision). Not to mention the extra calories from Easter. I’m sad she goes back to school tomorrow but I’m very much looking forward to getting back on track. I feel heavier and less energetic. Hopefully I bounce back quickly. Happy Sunday, FS fam ❤️
