It appears that I am finally back in the swing with logging food and exercise. I am kind of stuck at my current weight, not necessarily a bad thing as long as I continue to lose inches. We'll see what we have at the end of May. (I did a 30 day challenge with the peeps I am doing a fitness boot camp with)I deviated from the healthy eating this past weekend since I went to Festival International in Lafayette, but not so bad, as I only gained 2 lbs. I could have done that at home with water weight LOL. Besides it was worth it, I just have to work a little harder this week to take it off.
