OMG I found out what slowed my weightloss last night! Every time at dinner my son would pour me a glass of diet soda. But I found out last night that he was giving me regular every night!!!!!

oh no!!! Doesn't it just make you so mad when you think you're getting diet friendly food/drink only to find out that it's not?!! Went to starbucks last week and asked for a caramel machiato with sugar free syrup and heavy cream, then when I started drinking it, I thought, "there's no way this is sugar free" opted to drink it anyway and plead ignorance. Well, at least now that you know the problem, you can correct it! For instance, no more caramel machiatos for me lol
