On The Diet Side
I had a salsa roja snack wrap for breakfast/lunch. I had way too much to eat at lunch. I went back for seconds but I hadn't eaten fish sticks in about 25 years and they were actually good. We had mac and cheese, corn, and fish sticks for lunch. I am not having dinner because lunch was so big. I ate a brownie too. I am hoping to eat a lot better on our trip.
Burn Baby Burn
No exercise to speak of today. I loaded and unloaded and poured 150 pounds of feed this morning. I cleaned the church. I cleaned the house, finished the laundry and dishes, packed our clothes. I am getting ready to go get 10 bales of hay which is about 700-800 pounds I will lift two or three times. Other than that I have felt pretty lazy today. I didn't go run, swim, or to the gym today. I will probably run later tonight, we will just have to see.
The Ride We Call Life
I will weigh in tomorrow morning since we will be gone until Sunday. I will weigh in again Monday morning to just see if did it or not. I want to weigh less when I return. We have had a pretty good week so far. There are things that still irk me on a daily basis as I am sure most married people deal with, but it is getting better. I think I am handling it better anyways. It is a lot easier without the kids that is for sure. I have never had a marriage without kids. We started this marriage with 4 kids and are now down to 2. We are just going in reverse. We leave in the morning. I am hoping to get up about 6 or 630 and go run, before getting my shower and getting ready to leave. I will set my alarm and hope for the best. I bought him something for our anniversary it is like a picture frame but it has a saying on it instead. It starts etched in glass then goes to the picture and finishes the message etched in glass. It is really pretty, with black leather on it. The message is from 1 Corinthians about love. I hope he likes it, and if not I do. I was looking for something to get him and the lady asked about a wallet. I told her that he had one I just got him. I looked for 3 hours, and decided on this frame. Last night John asked for a wallet. I do not know what to do with him. Well we are almost all set. I hope everyone has a wonderful week and great weekend. I know I will.
