Well as you know I hit my target of 74.0kg after 9 weeks losing more than 10kgs in less than 10 weeks
So know I want to stabilise between 74-75kg and slightly increase my calorie intake
I’ve been averaging around 1200-1300 calories per day to see if that’s the “sweet zone” and it appears to be about right as I’ve stayed within that band 74-75 for well over a week now
It’s allowed some treats and things like curry etc and even ice cream 🍨:)
