Did my weighted hoop, jogged ( outside ) 1 mile, and did 25 min on my bike. Feeling good this morning and very happy with myself that I forced myself up and outside for a jog. When I get out to jog I think I am going to keep it to 1 to 1 1/2 miles until I change up my routine in six weeks, then I want to jog for at least 30 to 45 min. Hope I can build up to that in six weeks.
