Diario de Debinator, 26 abr. 11

I haven't been journaling regularly, haven't been consistent in logging calories until last week,my level of exercise has not been as challenging as it could be and I haven't really lost any weight since august- I have managed to maintain, which is good to know that I can without too much bother, but it is time to GET BACK ON IT!!!!!! I started doing a Saturday morning boot camp with the personal trainer at the dojo where I train/teach karate. The workout is intense 1 minute at each station for 5 minutes water break for 1 minute then another 5 minute cycle repeat 5 minute cycles 6 times- In 36 minutes I am drenched in sweat and actually feel great. He changes the stations every Saturday just to keep things different. I have also added Sunday Spin class and am going to try to add a Tuesday spin class as well. Said trainer also issued a 30 day nutrition challenge to all of the bootcamp participants. I was excited about him revealing what the acceptable foods were and happily they are mostly all of the things I am currently eating, so I should have no problem with the nutrition challenge! I am re-dedicated to my plan. I would like to hit my 150 goal by the end of June in time for my trip to Cozumel.

Wow that sounds intense! Even the word "Bootcamp" scares me! Lol! Good for you! I'm sure you can do it! Get yourself a great bathing suit for your trip... 1 size too small... and try it on every week :)
