Things are still going positively. Weight holding steady or going down a tad. Up to four cups of water a day now - maybe I'll get in five today. If I can get up to 8 cups by Monday, I'll be able to succeed on the Water Mini-Goal on the Daily Accountability Challenge.
Halfway through listening to "Atomic Habits" for a THIRD time. This time, I'm taking notes! Today's thought: "It is easier to avoid temptation than to resist it." Not having the donuts on the kitchen counter has greatly reduced the desire to eat them every time I go into the kitchen. Now, each time I have a donut hole, I do a job from my "Two-Minute Jobs" list. I think I only had two donut holes yesterday.
I'm using up all of my Diet Coke reserves (slowly, because I'm drinking less). A couple of weeks ago, I had 16 two liter bottles neatly aligned in my kitchen floor. I'm down to just a couple now, and then I'm only going to buy them one at a time.
Ordering some new clothes lately. Still getting a 2x, but I have a lot of 1x things already. As I lose, I may add some more 1x's.
Ok, time to go out and do my Price Monitoring jobs. I only make about $20-$25 a day for an hour in the grocery store in the morning. Gets me up and out of the house. Even though it is a little bit, it adds up and I cash out $100-$150 each Friday. It's been a real blessing. If someone wants to check it out, the app is called Premise.
Going to buy more grapes, apples and bananas at the store this morning. The green grapes have been so nice and firm, but really sweet! Delicious! Each time I eat one, I say, "I'm the type of person who makes healthy snacking decisions." It's a small step, but it can all add up to making me the type of person I want to be.
Have a great day!
