In keeping with my "weigh in" theme:
I have typically weighed around late afternoon, post workout (if any) and pre dinner. This morning I did an unofficial weigh in, pre bfast and post BM, as many recommend, as this is typically your "lightest" time of day. Results? 193 lbs, down 3 lbs from yesterday afternoons weigh in. Interesting data point, but I will continue with official afternoon weigh ins for consistency of data.
