Diario de pakalika, 23 abr. 11

After 4 weeks it looks like I've settled in to losing about 1.5 pounds a week, given the timeframe I've given myself to be at 190lbs in October I may fall a little short but I'm fine with that and will continue until I am where I want to be.

Thats great ! Steady is the way to go. If you want to go a lil faster try alternate day dieting. Meaning staying under 600 calories every alternate day. 30 mins slow exercise everyday also helps ! Good Luck
