Not sure about this and I am not worried, really curious to know if I've hit a plateau. I saw a YouTube video from "fit and nerdy" (my kind of chick) and she suggested alternating between a maintence caloric intake and a deficit. 120lbs will be my lowest weight in over 30 years so it might be a challenge to drop these last few pounds.
