Well finally a night to myself so I went with a friend for beer and burger $10 night then came home and had an epsom salt and baking soda bath and read Louise Hay.
I ate way too much chocolate today at work because I was bored but I learned something from that. When I walked home from work I could barely walk without pain in my leg. I believe it was overdose of sugar!!!! I also learned the damage I do to my body and what I am telling my body by filling it with junk is that I don't love myself or respect my body enough to look after it.
Boy, has this ever been an eye opener day :-)
