Hi guys, im a type one diabetic, so i wont be making my calorie allowance every now and then due to having to eat carbs or sugar to maintain my blood sugar level, also on ozempic 0.25 current started on sunday arvo, and lost 4 KG in 3 days so far, would definitely recommend, obviously see your doctor first to see if it works for you.
