Day 23 Amazed at my weight drop from yesterday 1.2kg in a single day. That's about the largest daily change that I can remember. There are six days left this month and 0.2kg more loss would give me a total loss of 3.5kg for February. That's my current target. Although I haven't measured it yet it appears that I am loosing mostly as fat from my belly and I'm genuinely elated about that.
I got in a nice seven mile run yesterday and hopefully I will manage another today.
I didn't manage to get the potatoes planted yesterday maybe today It's raining at the moment though.
