Diario de Czarcastic, 19 abr. 11

Well Ive been drinking my water more than 64 oz. a day, working out, and sticking to my diet. This weekend wasn't good though, had the kids over and ended up eating cupcakes they made and pizza they ordered. After the weekend I just new I gained what Ive lost so far, but I ended up loosing 1 lb. I couldn't believe it. Doing better this week.

Im on a very strict diet, and thought I would have lost more by now, but with my workouts I know Im gaining muscle. I was told get on the scales then look in the mirror. I do look and feel better, and have started to dig out clothes I haven't worn in a while because the ones Ive got dont fit right now. I am loosing more inches than I am weight right now. Not going to complain about that.
